On 30th December 2002 a homeless man was going some bins behind the College Arms pub in Camden in London when he opened up a bag and, instead of finding food, he was confronted with parts of 2 human severed legs. When Police arrived they found 8 more bags containing body parts in the bin with a human torso being found in a wheelie bin 100 yards away wrapped in black plastic. The remains belonged to 2 women. The Police did not have to look far for the perpetrator, a local man called Anthony Hardy who was captured on CCTV dumping the remains and inside his flat they found the torso of one of the murdered women.
