On May 28, 2022, 82-year-old Paul Pelosi was found by police at the scene of a car crash. The arresting officer claims he smelled of alcohol and was slurring his words, as well as having red, watery eyes and difficulty maintaining his balance. Pelosi’s blood alcohol level was shown to be .082%. In February of 2022, police received a call about a man harassing guests at a reception that was taking place at the Winter Park Events center. The man turned out to be the uncle of the bride, 39-year-old Daniel Knight. The caller informed police that Knight was trying to hit guests, and was grabbing them by their necks; one of them was an elderly woman. When the police arrived, Knight was yelling while several people attempted to calm him down. When the police stepped in, Knight became even more upset. On August 9, 2021, Former Seattle Seahawk running back Marshawn Lynch got behind the wheel of his sportscar while heavily intoxicated. Witnesses say he drove erratically, damaging the road and curbs. Somehow he managed to almost completely destroy his car. Two tires were worn down to the rim, and a third wheel was missing a tire completely. The engine fell out and was discovered in front of the car by police. Lynch slept in his car for nearly two hours before his arrest. Officer Arresting 14 Year Old Girl At School (2022)
This JCS Inspired video shows the resource officer of a middle school detaining a 14-year-old girl who had taken part in a fight. On October 5, 2018, the resource officer, Tyler McCormick, was called by one of the teachers to report that several students had been involved in a physical altercation. One young girl made it to the office in tears, fearful of the other students. When McCormick arrived, he was told about one of the perpetrators, Rockell Baldwin. Baldwin was known at the school for causing fights and associating with students who had ties to gangs. When McCormick went to question Baldwin, she refused to stop or answer him and continued on her way out of the building. She later said she was just going to call her mother, but in spite of many chances to do so, she never verbalized this to McCormick. After making several attempts to get her to stop, McCormick was forced to follow procedure and physically detain McCormick. On July 31, 2020, Reginald Cuington went for a walk with Althea Eaton, a woman he had met just three days prior. What was supposed to be a casual date took a bizarre turn when they returned to Eaton’s home, where Cuington had parked his truck. There, they were confronted by Eaton’s ex-boyfriend and father to her son, Raymond ‘Benzino’ Scott. Scott, a rapper and reality star, was enraged at the thought of Eaton with another man. He began yelling and threatening Cuington, and when the other man didn't leave immediately, Scott hit the truck hard enough to leave dents. Witnesses called the police, who quickly separated the two yelling men. In today’s JCS Inspired video we’re going to see what happens when a woman decides to record a traffic stop where she has been made to feel uncomfortable by the officer. On October 7, 2020, a woman had just completed an interview for a job at a spa. She was driving a little over the speed limit, and was spotted by Officer Timothy Williams, who pulled her over. Oddly, after only speaking with her a few moments, Williams went back to his car and put his microphone on the charger. Unknown to Williams was the fact that his conversation had made the woman highly uncomfortable and nervous of his intentions, and she had pulled out her phone to record him when he returned. Williams then proceeded to ask her inappropriate and sexual questions concerning her job, and if he would be able to get a ‘one of the other’ kinds of massage. On March 29, 2020, police received a call complaining that a couple was disturbing the neighborhood with their loud music. Upon arrival, the music could clearly be heard a good distance away. When the police tried to speak with the homeowners to resolve the issue, they were confronted with a drunk David Robison, who wasn't going to be told what to do. Robison had been with the Fish & Game Department for 13 years, during which time he had risen to the level of lieutenant, only to be demoted back down to a regular officer.
