In this JCS Inspired video, we will see a fish and wildlife officer who thinks that he is above the rules. On March 29, 2020, police received a call complaining that a couple was disturbing the neighborhood with their loud music. Upon arrival, the music could clearly be heard a good distance away. When the police tried to speak with the homeowners to resolve the issue, they were confronted with a drunk David Robison, who wasn't going to be told what to do. Robison had been with the Fish & Game Department for 13 years, during which time he had risen to the level of lieutenant, only to be demoted back down to a regular officer.
