Luis Garavito is a Colombian serial killer who, between 1992 and 1997 murdered at least 140 children however it is believed that he killed between 300 and 400 children making him the most prolific serial killer in modern history. By the time he began his rampage he had already raped and tortured hundreds of children. His crimes were truly horrific and characterised by rape and sickening acts of torture. A remorseless monster his crimes, and the subsequent punishment will astound and sicken you.
