This is the full police interview of Officer Frank Garmback conducted just days after the November 22nd 2014 Officer involved shooting of 12 year old Tamir Rice. Officer Garmback of the Cleveland, OH Police Department responded to a call of a man with a gun in the park. Upon arrival, within seconds, his partner Officer Loehmann discharged his weapon on the suspect, 12 year old Tamir Rice. Tamir had a toy gun in his waistband... He would not survive his injuries.
