British Killers

John George Haigh, known as the Acid Bath Murderer, was an English serial killer who murdered six people between 1944 and 1949, although he claimed responsibility for three additional killings that could not be substantiated. Haigh targeted people he believed could provide him with financial gain, killing them before dissolving their bodies in concentrated sulphuric acid and exploiting their property and possessions. His final victim, wealthy widow Olive Durand-Deacon, was murdered at his workshop in Crawley, where investigators subsequently discovered human remains and other evidence linking him to the killings. Convicted of murder at Lewes Assizes in July 1949, Haigh was sentenced to death and hanged at Wandsworth Prison on 10 August 1949.

Kyle Clifford is a British man convicted in connection with a 2024 triple homicide in Hertfordshire, England. The case involved the killing of multiple members of a family following the breakdown of a personal relationship. Operating across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, Sutcliffe evaded capture for more than five years despite one of the largest police investigations in British history. Robert Black was a Scottish serial killer and paedophile convicted of the kidnapping, rape, and murder of four girls aged 5 to 11 in the United Kingdom between 1981 and 1986. As a long-distance delivery driver, he exploited his mobility to abduct victims from different regions, subjecting them to horrific sexual assaults before killing them and disposing of their bodies far from the abduction sites.
