The murder of William Bundy followed immediately after a series of killings in October 1976, demonstrating Gacy’s sustained and escalating pattern of violence. By this stage, his crimes had become systematic, with little time between victims.
Bundy was brought to Gacy’s home, restrained, and murdered. His body was concealed beneath the crawl space along with numerous other victims.
No connection to Gacy was made at the time.
