Karina Cooper was found guilty of first-degree murder for her husband Ryan’s 2021 shooting death, a crime prosecutors say she planned with her lover, Huston Danker, to collect life insurance money. Despite taking the stand to deny involvement and blaming Danker —whom she admitted exchanging disturbing and suggestive messages with — jurors took just three hours to convict her.
