David Carrillo wanted his cake and eat it, too! He didn't want to be in a relationship with Jennifer Cruz, but he did not want anyone else to have her, either. In 2015, 27 year old Jennifer Cruz and the man she was seeing at the time, 30 year old Albert Mendez, were found deceased in her apartment. The investigation leads detectives to her ex-boyfriend, 29 years old at the time, David Carrillo. This is his full police interrogation. (SPOILERS BELOW) In February of 2018, 32 year old David Carrillo was convicted for the murders of Jennifer Cruz and Albert Mendez.
