Today’s video JCS Inspired shows what happens when a man gets caught impersonating a police officer. On April 8, 2021, police responded to a call about a man impersonating a police officer. Upon arrival, they discovered Casey Donovan Williams asleep in a black and white Crown Victoria with red and blue lights. The vehicle appeared to be part of a traffic detail while AEP employees worked on nearby powerlines. Feeling that there was something off about the situation, they began to question Williams.
