#police #crime #truecrime This is the FULL interrogation of Charles "Dave" McAllister (41 at the time) conducted by Det. John Sparks. It really doesn't take much explanation, he was caught in a sting operation executed by the state of Kentucky. He thought he was speaking with a minor, but was really speaking with police. He got in his car, and drove 2 hours to meet up with this minor, and instead was arrested. He was one of 11 people that were caught in this sting in April of 2007. Charles was found guilty of unlawful transaction with a minor, a first-degree felony. He was given a five-year prison sentence, five years of probation, 20 years as a registered sex offender, ordered to pay $150 in costs, no contact with children under the age of eighteen, may not accept or seek employment that would give him access to minors or the chance to find new victims, may not be in possession of anything sexually explicit, restricted from computers or internet access, and restricted from romantic relationships without probation/parole consent.
