Ida Ann Lorenzo, a former Utah state employee, was arrested for sexual battery after she tugged down on a young woman's skirt in a crowded restaurant. Police found out about the incident when Lorenzo called them to report online harassment. Lorenzo claimed the 19-year-old was exposing herself and being indecent.
