Newly released dashcam video shows what began as a routine traffic stop in Oklahoma City — one that prosecutors say ended with an Oklahoma state trooper raping a woman he had pulled over. Court records allege Trooper Jarquez Evans turned off his body camera and microphone during the stop, ordered the woman to a second location under threat of arrest, and sexually assaulted her.
