On May 10, 2011, 28-year-old Kristopher Miller was gunned down outside of his home just before Midnight. Well, Kristopher was with a woman that evening, and her name was Kim Griffin. As they left the Elks club, Kim said she saw her husband, 40-year-old Derrick Griffin in a white Cadillac across the street, and that he was stalking her. Just minutes later, Miller would be shot to death. Detectives brought Derrick, who is a local pastor, in for questioning. This is the No BS Interrogation of Derrick Griffin. (SPOILERS BELOW) In January of 2012, Derrick Griffin was convicted of 1st-degree premeditated murder and 1st-degree murder by drive-by shooting. It was believed the motive was jealousy, and that he believed his estranged wife was romantically involved with Kristopher Miller. Using cell phone records, ballistics and surveillance footage, detectives were able to link Derrick Griffin to the murder. After a 2-week trial, Griffin was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
