The Sinister Story of Lanz Brothers The bodycam footage we’re about to show you is confronting, shocking and, particularly for the officers who lived through it, downright frightening. It also happens to be the culmination of a crime spree so strange that even those whose lives were destroyed by the events still can’t make sense of it. Police Officers from the Sandy Springs Police Department had just been despatched to a home on Cameron Ridge Drive in Fulton County Georgia, after residents reported an intruder. As it happened, local officers were already in the neighbourhood processing a home invasion nearby. When they arrived at the residence, they were informed by the home owners that the suspect was still on the premises and had just gone upstairs. For five long minutes, officers negotiated with the intruder, who remained eerily out of sight on the upper floor.
