Today’s true crime case takes us to 17th June 2019 when 32 year old Virginia McCullough murdered both of her parents at the home she shared with them in the village of Great Baddow in Essex in the UK. She poisoned her father John and then stabbed her mother Lois to death. As if this was not heinous enough, she then hid their bodies and lived in the same house with the remains of her parents for 4 years weaving an elaborate web of lies to convince friends, family and the authorities that they were still alive. Eventually, on Friday 15th September 2023, the Police came knocking but Virginia was not phased at all and immediately confessed. She continued to talk openly about murdering her parents and at no point showed any remorse or distress.
