On February 18th, 2023 the Oshkosh Police Department received a call for a disturbence at a residence in the 500 block of Jefferson St. The caller told the polce that his 'sister freaked out and her boyfriend is bleeding, possibly stabbed in the arms. Officer Bennett of the Oshkosh Police was the first to respond, and the following bodycam captures those first moments.. It is important to note that the victim in this case survived the attack, and as a result, his name and image have been redacted by the police department.
