Her mother just found out that something terrible happened at her apartment, but clearly she has no idea the extent of the situation. On September 27, 2022, Lubbock Police responded to a vehicle blocking an alley way. In that vehicle they found 50-year-old Robert Stewart in the back seat, beaten to death. Evidence showed that he was not killed in the car... After a few tips were called in saying Robert was killed in an apartment that was occupied by 17-year-old Bailey Forrest, she was in the crosshairs of the investigation. She was brought in on September 29th for questioning, just 2 days after the murder of Robert Stewart. This is her interrogation. (SPOILERS BELOW) Investigators did search the apartment that Bailey Forrest was renting, and they found large areas of blood and evidence of a cleanup. They did find fingerprint evidence in Robert Stewart's vehicle that linked Bailey Forrest to the scene. Bailey Forrest pleaded guilty to murder in August of 2025, and she was sentenced to 20 years in prison. As part of a plea deal with the District attorney's office, an UN RELATED aggravated robbery charge filed against her was dismissed. This girl was clearly no angel... The 19-year-old that Bailey referred to as Tobias was awaiting trial in September of 2025 for his role in the murder, but the judge ruled there was no evidence linking him to the killing aside from co-defendant accusations. The murder charges against Tobias were dismissed. The other 16-year-old female that was involved has never been named from what I can find...
