Police received a call from an employee at Dollar General claiming a man was trying to steal cars by climbing into them to drive away. The owner of one of the vehicles pulled him out, and the situation took a downhill turn. The next call by the employee is frantic; Jalial Whitted is in the store, and he has a gun. Although the store has been evacuated, Whitted still poses a potential threat.
