Investigators soon learned that the Jacksons regularly fought with Jake over who would inherit their mother's ranch. Police obtained a search warrant for the property, discovering Jake's body by a corral. Rudibaugh - who had recently been diagnosed with cancer - immediately confessed, claiming she shot her son in the house then moved his body outside on her own. Detectives didn't believe the petite woman could have moved the body alone - especially as she'd had surgery just days before her son's disappearance. Police were convinced that the Jacksons were involved in the murder, but they both denied it. After interviewing David, police bring Stephaine down to the station for a polygraph test and formal questioning. Later, they reinterview Deborah Rudibaugh but nothing could prepare investigators for what happened next... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Channel Disclaimer: This video is for educational purposes to help understand police interrogation techniques and understand the mind of a murderer.
