On the morning of September 16th, 2016, Todd Kendhammer called 911 to report that a pipe had flown into the windshield of his vehicle and struck his wife. He told authorities that the pipe had rolled off of a flatbed truck that was driving the opposite direction. It turns out that none of that was true.
