Jeff Pelley attended his prom in 1989 then stayed overnight at a friends house. Later the next day the police brought him in for questioning as four of his family members were killed the night before. Jeff became the primary suspect as the police put together a tight timeline of the night and didn't believe anyone else could have committed the murders. However, with only circumstantial evidence the police were not able to make an arrest until 13 years later. In this video we look back at the crimes and Jeff's arrest.
