He was ultimately sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for his role in the murder of Timothy Fletcher's grandmother. Timothy Fletcher was convicted of 1st-degree murder, home invasion robbery, escape, grand theft auto and 2 counts of burglary... He was sentenced to DEATH in 2012, that sentence was overturned following new laws in the state of Florida... BUT, in January of 2023, he was resentenced to DEATH after a unanimous decision by a jury. The date of execution is not yet set, so he will sit on Death Row for a while it seems.
