In 2019, a serial killer was caught after trying to get into the home of a woman who has a protection order against him. When police caught up with him, they realized this was an even more twisted true crime case with a suspect carrying a kill list. When she called the police, Brown fled the scene. Officers caught up with him on a near-by highway. After they pulled him over, they found a "kill list" with the names of 4 women on it. Investigators ordered wellness checks on the four women on the list. Two were found alive. Two had been murdered. Twenty-six-year-old Kaylee Brock's body was found in her home and 32-year-old Julie Mooney was discovered dead in a motel room. Both had been beaten to death. Police arrest Brown, who shows photos of Kaylee's and Julie's bodies that he has on his phone.
