Dorian Puka is a prolific thief who raided homes in the UK, was jailed twice, deported home to Albania twice but is now back illegally again and now he’s claiming asylum. It means he can’t be deported for a third time until his application is processed and in the meantime he’s taunting the Home Office with his unexplained wealth. On social media he’s boasting personalised number plates for his new luxury car, meals out in Knightsbridge, nightclubs and holidays in Cornwall. Playing the system?
