A 54-year-old disabled homeless man was struggling to make ends meet in Jacksonville, Florida. To make his life even worse, a 12-year-old would bully him—hurling abuses and coke cans at him, and even going as far as urinating on him when he was unconscious after drinking too much. But on June 28th, 2014, things took a drastic turn. At 7:20 AM, a call came in from a local reporting someone shot dead at a vacant business on 103rd Street. The unfortunate victim was the man, who had been shot once in the head. Finding the ones behind his murder proved to be easier than imagined. CCTV cameras nearby recorded two children in the same area as the victim five hours before the murder, at 2:25 AM.
