Today's No BS Interrogation brings us to Lubbock Texas, The case stemmed from a Lubbock Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit investigation that began on Sept. 27, 2022 when Lubbock police officers responded to the scene initially to help the city's solid waste department with a vehicle blocking an alley. Responding officers found 50-year-old, Robert Stewart in the back seat of his vehicle and EMS crews pronounced him dead at the scene. After a few tips called in to police, they brought 17-year-old Bailey Forrest in for questioning... This is that Interrogation. It took place on 9/29/2022, just 2 days after the killing. (SPOILERS BELOW) Investigators searched Bailey's apartment and found large areas of blood and evidence of a cleanup. They also found a site where evidence appeared to have been burned. However, a partially burned wooden club was recovered from the burn site, court documents state. Bailey Forrest pleaded guilty to murder in August 2025 and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. She was one of the individuals who physically participated in the beating. As part of her plea deal with the Lubbock County District Attorney's Office, an unrelated aggravated robbery charge filed against her was dismissed. 19-year old Steven "Tobias" Salazar was awaiting trial until September of 2025, when a judge ruled there was no evidence linking him to the killings aside from co-defendant accusations.
