This documentary follows the extraordinary life of Helen, a woman living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), a rare mental health condition that has caused her to develop seven distinct personalities. Growing up with a background of severe trauma, Helen's mind created multiple identities to help her cope and survive. Each personality has its own name, voice, and story—each one bringing its own perspective, emotions, and experiences. Some are children, others are adults, and each serves a unique role in Helen's life.
