A man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself and inappropriately touching a woman at a home decor store in Middletown, New Jersey. Police were called to the store after witnesses said he had returned to the store nine days after TWO incidents where women complained about him, but this time he wouldn’t be getting away so easily. Surveillance cameras caught the shocking moment the man, later identified by police as Perry Mangano, 21, allegedly crept around an aisle before closing in on one woman.
