Joshua Riibe, the man Virginia investigators called a “person of interest” in the disappearance of Sudiksha Konanki, is expected to return back to the United States after being detained for several days. Konanki disappeared on the beaches of Punta Cana — Riibe was the last person to see her. He claimed he saved her from drowning in the water.
