Karen Read is expected to be in court Tuesday for a motions hearing. Read is accused of driving drunk and hitting her Boston cop boyfriend, John O’Keefe, then leaving him to die in the snow. A Massachusetts judge declared a mistrial in her case in July. Read is scheduled to go to trial again this year.
