Where on July 12, 2022 a violent shootout took place in a rural community. Over 30 shell casings from 3 different firearms were found at the scene. 49-year-old Kimberly Mollicone was pronounced dead on the scene when police arrived... Why did this shootout take place? What happened?! The incident took place at the home of 36-year-old Daniele Giannone, who was actually having a long-term affair with Kimberly Mollicone. Kimberly's husband, 46-year-old Matthew Mollicone found out that their affair was still ongoing, and drove Kimberly to Daniele's house to end the relationship... Gunfire erupted, and Kimberly was caught in the crossfire. Here is the No BS Interrogation of Daniele Giannone just after he was released from the hospital, he was shot in his foot and leg. (SPOILERS BELOW) Even though it was Daniele Giannone's bullet that killed Kimberly Mollicone, it was Matthew Mollicone who was charge and eventually convicted in her death. Daniele Giannone was not charged in the incident, and it was considered self defense. In May of 2024, a jury found Matthew Mollicone guilty of voluntary manslaughter and assault with intent to murder for wounding Giannone (he was shot in the foot and leg in the shootout) In July of 2024, Matthew Mollicone was sentenced to 12-40 years in prison.
