Concerned friends told police they hadn't heard from Judi in over a week. The last time anyone saw her, she had a black eye and was with a man known only as "Charlie". Police launched a missing persons investigation. Then, in early April, a woman stumbled upon a badly decomposed body in a wooden area in New Port Richey, Florida.
