This interview took place just 2 days after the August 5th 2014 Officer involved incident that took place at the Beavercreek OH, Walmart. Sgt. David Darkow was one of the first 2 officers on the scene responding to a man with a gun in the store. He and officer Sean Williams, His full police interview’s link is in the description below, entered the Walmart, and based off of the 911 callers information thought the subject, or victim in this case… I imagine people will have differing opinions... John Crawford III was quote “waiving a rifle around, and even pointing it at children and other customers in the store. They were also falsely informed that he was in the back corner of the pet department loading the weapon. Within seconds, almost immediately after contact with Crawford, officer Sean Williams discharged 2 rounds from his duty rifle, ultimately killing John Crawford III… Crawford was holding a PELLET gun.
