Officer Timothy Loehmann of the Cleveland, OH Police Department responded to a call of a man with a gun in the park. Upon arrival, within seconds, Officer Loehmann discharged his weapon on the suspect, 12 year old Tamir Rice. Tamir had a toy gun in his waistband... He would not survive his injuries.
