Hollie, aged 28, was brutally killed in her kitchen in Knighton, Wales, by her estranged husband while the kids were in the house. Hollie is one of two women killed every week by an ex-partner in England and Wales. Women account for more than 80% of victims killed by their partners - and most of the time, the partner is male. According to a study, men who kill their partners mostly follow a "murder timeline" that could be tracked by police to help prevent deaths.
