That is the amount of time 17 year old Kaitlyn Coones allegedly gave her then boyfriend, 33 year old Jonathan Jones to "take care" of his mother. Why? Because she was the only thing standing in the way of them being together... What happens next depends on which one of them you ask. One thing is certain, on April 19th, 2023, 53 year old Nicole Jones was taken care of... It was not until May 5th of 2023 that Nicole was even considered missing after a welfare check was conducted at her home in Sylvania Township, Ohio confirmed that she and her car were both missing. But there was enough evidence left behind to lead police to believe Nicole was no longer alive... And after further investigation it was found that Nicole Jones's body was thrown in a dumpster and since taken to the landfill. A manhunt would begin to find Jonathan Jones, and Kaitlyn Coones, who was reported missing on April 18th and police thought to have been kidnapped. That manhunt would end in Mexico, where the two were apprehended. Jonathan would be arrested for possessing a firearm and a small amount of marijuana. They were also in possession of Nicole's 2021 Builck Encore, her ID and credit cards... Jonathan had already pleaded guilty in March to pandering obscene material and child endangerment in relation to a case regarding Kaitlyn... He missed his May 4th sentencing hearing... For obvious reasons. Kaitlyn, being a minor, was held by Mexican authorities. She was then handed over to El Paso police, where she was questioned by the FBI. HOWEVER, if it is deemed that the information the defendant provides is inconsistent with evidence, the favorable plea deal could be taken off the table. Patreon: https://patreon.com/user?u=81672218 Suspect: Raymond Moody (62) Victim: Brittanee Drexel (17) Date Of Incident: April 25th, 2009 Date Of Interrogation: May 5th, 2022 April 25th 2009, Myrtle Beach South Carolina. 17 year old Brittanee Drexel and some friends take a trip from Rochester, NY about 800 miles south, to Myrtle Beach for spring break. Although Brittanee's Mother did not approve of the trip, the teen went anyway. Her and her friends were staying at the Bar Harbor Hotel in Myrtle Beach. Around 8pm, Brittanee left the Bar Harbor Hotel, and ventured out to the Blue Water Resort to visit another friend from Rochester who was in town for spring break, 20 year old Peter Brozowitz. At 8:15 Brittanee's friend texted her wanting a pair of black shorts she had borrowed. She is seen entering Blue Water Resort at 8:33 pm, she was there for about 15 minutes, and here she can be seen leaving at 8:48pm. At 8:51 she begins texting with her boyfriend John, who couldn't come on the trip because he had to work. based on these texts, it seems she was not happy with having to walk all the way back to the Bar Harbor Hotel, as it was about 1.4 miles away. John tried to get in touch with Brittanee throughout the night, and was unsuccessful. He then contacted Brittanee's mother to let her know he was worried, and she in turn called the Myrtle Beach police. As time went on, you can see that her phone stopped pinging in Myrtle Beach, and started pinging from towers in Georgetown, SC, which is about an hour drive... But how did she get there? Well... After Timothy Taylor was finally cleared as a suspect, 13 years after Brittanee went missing, a person that was of interest the entire time, 62 year old Raymond Moody is questioned. Raymond Moody's full interrogation is linked below, for those that want to hear from him what he did and how he did it. This is the police interview with Angel Vause that took place on April 26th, 2011 in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. (Conclusion/Spoilers) On October 19th, 2022, Raymond Moody pleaded guilty to Murder, kidnapping and first degree Sexual Misconduct. He was sentenced to life in prison on the murder charge, and 30 years for each of the other charges to be served consecutively... He is currently serving his time at South Carolina McCormick Correctional Institution, where he will never see freedom again. In April of 2022, Angel took a proffer deal, which means she is obligated to tell detectives the WHOLE truth on what she knew about the dissaperance and murder of Brittanee Drexel. Detectives say that she was not truthful about various things in this proffer agreement, and could face up to 5 years in prison for lying to federal agents. Vause said that Britanee Drexel WILLINGLY got into the vehicle with Ray Moody and herself... That was a lie. Vause said that Brittanee had her phone with her when she last saw her... Also a lie. Angel actually took her phone with her, and disposed of it. Vause said she went one direction when she left Brittanee and Moody, when GPS tracking shows she went the opposite direction... The investigation is still under way, and Angel Vause is out on a $10,000 unsecured bond. Agents say they are not worried about her going anywhere, and the investigation is ramping up.
