But the fact of the matter is that David is a killer, having shot a man in cold blood after said man’s girlfriend pepper-sprayed his friend. It all began when David accompanied two friends to a Jack-in-the-Box at 3:40 am. We all that nothing good happens at a Jack-in-the-Box at 3:40 am. Something about those tacos tends to attract the wrong crowd once the sun goes down. David brought a gun with him to accompany two friends who had set up a drug deal at Jack-in-the-Box. Except this drug deal was actually a set-up for a robbery – on both sides! The couple who claimed they wanted to buy drugs intended to rob the three men, and the three men who were to supply the drugs also had a plan to rob the drug-purchasers – a double criss-cross! When everyone met at the Jack-in-the-Box, both sides tried to rob the other. The man and woman, out-manned, decided to flee, and made their way to the parking lot. David and another accomplice followed. Once in the parking lot, the four squared up. The woman pepper-sprayed David’s accomplice in the face, and David responded by shooting her man dead. David and friends then left the Jack-in-the-Box and buried the gun. They were home free - except for the multiple cameras in the area that put all the players at the scene of the crime. David, however, doesn’t have a care in the world. He knows he can run circles around the police with his words alone.
