Deputies hurried to Truman's residence, where they encountered two women outside, a moment captured on the following bodycam footage. Emergency Medical Services arrived at the scene and pronounced Gregory Truman, 38 years old, deceased. Joni Truman, his wife of 9 years, was promptly taken to the police department for an interview. On the afternoon of Wednesday, December 7th, 2016, at approximately 3 o'clock, Okeechobee County 911 received a call from a highly distressed woman. Dispatch informed the officers that the woman was in a state of hysteria, reporting that her sister had been discovered on the surrounded by a pool of blood. Responding officers arrived and encountered the distraught caller, who was holding a young child, later identified as her nephew. She recounted that she had gone to visit her sister at her residence, only to find the front door inexplicably open and her nephew's cries audible from within. Upon entering, she discovered her sister lying in a pool of blood on the kitchen floor. Although she attempted to check for signs of life, she was unable to determine whether her sister was breathing or had a heartbeat. Quickly, she picked up her nephew and rushed to a nearby store to contact 911. Upon the officers' arrival, a small group of individuals was outside the residence. They were asked to step aside to allow the investigation to proceed unhindered. Inside, a grim scene awaited the officers: Amanda Suarez was found deceased, surrounded by bloodstains on the floors and walls, with significant pools of blood and evident signs of being moved, her lower body exposed and arranged in a crucifix position. The scene was quickly secured as detectives began their inquiries. During interviews, Amanda's husband, Matthew, made peculiar statements, including odd remarks such as "other people would be crying and screaming, but not me, I say when you gone, your gone" or would start randomly talking about other topics such as football. Witnesses in the neighborhood reported seeing a suspicious, faded red truck parked in the victim's driveway around the time of the incident. Further investigation revealed that Amanda's cell phone was missing. Detectives were able to ping the phone, and located it a few miles away on the side of the road located in the grass, covered in blood. A search warrant was served on the victims phone, and it was noted that some pictures taken on phone were around the time the homicide took place. The pictures showed a person sitting on the victims couch, The male appeared to be slumped over or passed out. Detectives speculated the reason the pictures were taken is that Amanda felt endangered by the subject of the photos. These pictures were shown to family of Amanda, who confirmed the male to be Christopher Shows, a man dating the victims cousin. On June 24th, 2021, at around 11:00 am, the Montgomery County Police department received a call reporting a missing person. The caller stated that Geoffrey Biddle, the CEO of their company, had sent a suspicious email the day before and had not shown up for work, which was highly unusual. Concerned about his well-being, employees contacted Biddle's close friend and business partner, who agreed to visit Biddle's home to check on him. Upon arriving at the residence, the friend noticed Biddle's vehicle in the driveway and found the front door unlocked. After searching the main and upper levels of the house without finding Biddle, the friend discovered Biddle's cell phone next to his wallet on the kitchen island. The wallet was open, and the credit cards were missing, raising further alarm. With no sign of Biddle, the friend contacted the police, who then arrived at the scene, which was recorded on the following bodycam. Officers arrived at the scene to find Biddle's lifeless body on the ground, covered in a significant amount of blood that also stained the basement area. Biddle's death was immediately confirmed, and the Homicide section of the Montgomery County Police department took charge of the investigation upon discovering multiple .22 shell casings. During their inquiries, detectives learned from friends and employees of Biddle that one of his business partners had access to both his personal and business finances. Detectives, suspecting foul play, asked the business partner to review Biddle's bank accounts for any suspicious activity. The partner's examination revealed a check from Biddle's personal account made out to Billy Philips, dated June 20th, 2021. This raised red flags since Billy Phillips was no longer associated with the company. Further investigation uncovered several checks issued to Billy Phillips around the time of Geoffrey Biddle's death. With this compelling evidence, detectives apprehended Billy Phillips and brought him in for questioning. On March 14th, 2020, officers from the Hot Springs Police Department responded to Hollywood Park following reports of gunshots around 11:30 pm. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of 20-year-old Joshua Severns, who was found deceased with his pockets turned inside out, missing his cell phone and wallet, indicating a possible robbery.A knife was found in his back pocket, and two spent .45 caliber casings were located near his body. Witnesses in the vicinity reported hearing a gunshot followed by shouting, followed by another gunshot several seconds later. An autopsy conducted at the state crime lab confirmed that Severns had been shot twice, once in the chest and once in the head. Detective Sgt. Scott Lampinen, leading the investigation, interviewed two witnesses who had been with Severns earlier in the evening. They revealed that Severns had arranged to meet an unknown female through an online social media app to sell her approximately an ounce of marijuana and engage in an intimate encounter. Initially planning to meet at Hot Springs World Class High School, the location was changed by the female to her residence in the same area, though Severns did not disclose the exact address. He left his residence on Rector Street at 9:20 p.m., taking along the marijuana, his cell phone, and wallet. As the investigation unfolded, witnesses mentioned an ongoing dispute involving Severns and his friends with a 17-year-old male named Payton Mann and his associates. Detectives interviewed everyone involved in the dispute, including Payton, on March 26, 2020. Initially claiming to have been at home with his girlfriend, Alyssa Andry, watching movies, both Payton and Andry were found to have provided false statements after warrants were issued for Joshua's social media accounts and Payton's cell phone data. On January 1st, 2020, at approximately 7:20 pm, Grantsville Utah Police officers received a dispatch concerning a suspicious persons call at a residential address. Police Dispatch informed the officers that someone had dialed 911, reporting they were taking an adult male with a leg gunshot wound to the hospital. They also notified the officers that the suspected shooter was in the same vehicle heading to the hospital and had shot four other people in the home. The subsequent bodycam footage captures the officers' initial arrival and their findings inside. Police worst fears were confirmed when they discovered four victims inside the home. Exiting the premises, officers secured the area and convened to discuss their findings. They also interviewed nearby neighbors to gather any relevant information they might have seen or heard. Following conversations with neighbors and further information gathering, it was revealed that the perpetrator behind the gruesome killings was none other than a 16-year-old male named CJ Haynie, a member of the victims' own family. Officers confirmed that CJ had traveled to the hospital in a vehicle driven by a neighbor, alongside his father, whom he had shot in the leg. Upon arrival, officers encountered Timothy Clevenger, who reported finding his wife, Margaret Clevenger, unconscious with severe injuries. Emergency Medical Services arrived promptly, and Mrs. Clevenger was rushed to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. On January 18th, 2022, a police officer from the Portage Police Department was summoned to the department's lobby to address a complaint. The communication center informed the officer that the complainant intended to surrender their 20 year old daughter, Iyanna Colon, due to an existing traffic-related warrant. Upon arrival, the officer found Iyanna and her parents in the lobby. Iyanna's father signaled their desire to speak privately with the officer. The family was escorted to a conference room. There, Iyanna's father handed the officer a note with an address, expressing urgent concern for the welfare of the individual residing there and suggesting the possibility that the person might be deceased. The officer inquired with Iyanna about her reasons for suspecting the individual's demise, to which she confessed that she and the apartment's occupant, a recent acquaintance, had an altercation the previous day. During the incident, she blacked out and began choking him until he ceased breathing. Officers promptly headed to the provided address, but despite persistent knocking, received no response. Given Iyanna's account, they concluded it was imperative to enter and ascertain the occupant's safety. Inside, after announcing themselves repeatedly to no reply, they discovered a male figure lying on his back on a closet floor, concealed by blankets and coats. It was ascertained that the individual was deceased due to evident rigor mortis. The scene was secured, and a search warrant was procured. On November 29th, 2022, the Flowery Branch Police received a call regarding a person who had been shot. While on the way to the scene, police dispatch informed the responding officers that the victim may have sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was seen running up the street. Dispatch also conveyed that the suspect, armed with a gun, was still in the vicinity. Upon Officer Kalachik's arrival, he witnessed a female victim outside and noticed a gunshot wound on her left wrist. Following Fonda's confession, detectives monitored the victim's condition. Thanks to the timely use of a tourniquet applied by the responding officer, the gunshot wounds proved non-fatal, enabling the victim to make a complete recovery. Fonda Spratt faced an indictment on six counts and eventually pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder, along with one count each of home invasion and criminal possession of a firearm. She received a 65-year sentence, with 27 years to be served in prison and the remainder on probation. Upon reaching the scene, officers encountered Shanda Vanderark, who reported that her teenage son was unresponsive. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) was guided to the basement, where they assessed 15-year-old Timothy Ferguson. Unfortunately, Timothy's body had already begun to stiffen, and he exhibited no pulse.
