On Thursday 8th June 2023 a 36 year old man called Hugo Ferreira committed a murder in Welverdien a small town in the Gauteng province of South Africa. This would be a heinous enough crime but the victim was his own daughter Caithlyn and she was just 8 days old. Caithlyn was distressed because she was hungry and had a dirty nappy but instead of comforting her Ferreira decided that he would give her “something to cry about” before launching a brutal assault which would rob Caithlyn of a life that he had barely begun. At approximately 11.15pm on Saturday 20th July 2019 a man in the St Clair area of Sydney opened his door to a woman telling him to call the emergency services as she had killed her mother. He followed her instructions and the woman; Jessica Camilleri told the operator a truly horrific story. She said that she had stabbed her mother Rita to death and then decapitated her, she was not joking, when the Police arrived they found Jessica covered in blood stood on the pavement, her mother’s dead was on the ground next to her. Bournemouth is a picturesque town on the south coast of England. It is popular with families and tourists looking for sun sea and sand but, on Friday 24th May 2024, a dangerous predator called Nasen Saadi, who referred to himself on line as Ninja Killer, was prowling the streets and he was there for a very different reasons. Star Hobson was a beautiful little girl, pure and innocent, she should have been protected but she would not see her second birthday. On 22nd September 2020 when she was just 16 month old she was beaten to death by Savannah Brockhill a woman who described herself as “the number one psycho” and this happened whilst star’s mother, Frankie Smith, who was the partner of Brockhill, stood by and did nothing to protect her little girl. This horrific crime was the final act in a campaign of abuse which had lasted for months which left Star’s tiny body a mass of bruises and fractured bones. The Court cases revealed the true extent of Smith and Brockhill’s evil including CCTV taken a few days before Star was murdered showing her being punched and slapped around 20 times by Brockhill and being dragged through the streets of Bradford by Smith clearly in pain whilst suffering from a broken leg. At 5.33am Police rushed to the Leabank tower blocks in the Marsh Farm area of Luton in the UK after reports of a gunshot being heard. In one of the eighth-floor flats Officers walked into a scene of carnage, here hey found the bodies 3 people of 48 year old Juliana, 16 year old Kyle and13 year old Giselle all members of the Prosper family, The 3 of them had been brutally murdered, all suffering shotgun wounds and Kyle’s body was covered with over 100 stab and slash wounds. The one responsible was the eldest son, 18 year old Nicholas Prosper and the killing of his family was intended to just be the beginning, Nicholas was planning on carrying out a mass shooting, killing at least 30 children at his former primary school but was stopped before he could achieve his goal. In the early afternoon of Tuesday 9th July 2024, a 26 year man called Kyle Clifford knocked on a door in Ashlyn Close, in the town of Bushey in Hertfordshire in the UK. Outwardly it appeared he was there to give back the belongings of his former girlfriend 25 year old Louise Hunt, but he was actually there to kill and this violent psychopathic misogynist, a follower of Andrew Tate, was there not only to end the life of his ex but also to wipe out her whole family and he had come prepared armed with both a knife and a crossbow. In late 2011 Officers from the Centre for Combating Extremism were investigating the desecration of over 20 graves in and around the city of Nizhny in central Russia. Their investigation led them to the door of a man called Anatoly Moskvin and in his property they found a scene of utter madness and depravity. At approximately 7.45pm on Tuesday 17th February 2004 2 Police Officers arrived at a property in Walthamstow, east London. They were responding to a job which sounded unbelievable, a man had had his arm ripped off and it was unclear whether he was alive or dead, the reality was far worse. They soon came face to face with Peter Bryant who had only hours before been released from a psychiatric hospital, He was covered in blood. Inside the flat they found the dismembered body of the flat’s occupant, 43 year old Brian Cherry whose skull had also been broken open. For today’s true crime case we go to 3.25pm on Friday 22nd July 2011 when a powerful car bomb detonated in the Government quarter in Oslo the capital of Norway. 8 people were killed and over 200 people injured. However, this was only the start of the horror of that day. Less than two hours later, a man dressed like a police officer and calling himself "Martin Nilsen" travelled by ferry to the island of Utøya 24 miles northwest of Oslo where 600 students had gathered for a youth camp. Officer Nilsen stated that he was there to check on the teenagers due to the bombing and he was welcomed by staff, little did they realise that they were in mortal danger and were face to face with Anders Breivik an evil depraved man and the one responsible for the bombing that had killed 8 people and he was far from done. Debbie Leitch was a vulnerable young woman with down’s syndrome who despite her disability lived life to the fullest, she loved others deeply and she desperately wanted the same in return. Instead of being protected she was neglected and starved to death by her demon of a mother Elaine Clarke and when her body was discovered in her home in the town of Blackpool 29th August 29, 2019 this 24 year old woman weighed less than 4 stone or 56 lbs and was found in a room infested with maggots and covered in her own waste. On Monday 29th July 2024, 26 children arrived at The Hart Space, a dance studio in the Meols Cop area of the town of Southport for a Taylor Swift-themed yoga and dance workshop. Two hours after it begun, whilst the children were laughing and happy, a 17 year old called Axel Rudakubana, stormed in, armed with a kitchen knife and began a brutal and frenzied attack. Over the next 15 minutes Axel ended the lives of 3 little girls, none of them over the age of 10, stabbing one of them over 100 times. He also attempted to kill 8 more children as well as 2 adults who desperately tried to protect them.
