Ty Gracie, 39, was recorded by police body-worn cameras on February 16 telling officers to shoot him in the head as he held his young daughter outside of a restaurant in northern Ohio. Employees at Bubba's 33 called Jackson Township Police because Gracie was intoxicated and left with his daughter, and they feared he might try to drive. Gracie denied he was intoxicated, but he can be heard slurring his words. According to newly released court documents, Anna Kepner’s 16-year-old stepbrother has been charged with homicide in connection to her cruise ship death. A high-speed crash on Connecticut’s Merritt Parkway left multiple cars wrecked after a Bentley slammed into a BMW and debris scattered across both lanes, even striking a third vehicle. Police say the Bentley was traveling over 100 mph when it rear-ended the BMW and crashed into a guardrail, and the driver turned out to be former WWE CEO Vince McMahon. Despite the chaos and extensive damage, no one was seriously hurt, and McMahon was issued a misdemeanor summons for reckless driving before later being allowed into a pretrial program that could lead to the charges being dismissed. Caleb Flynn called 911 claiming a burglar broke into his Tipp City, Ohio, home and fatally shot his wife, 37-year-old Ashley Flynn, as their two young daughters slept nearby. But after initially treating the case as a burglary, investigators, later joined by the FBI, determined the scene appeared staged and arrested Flynn, charging him with felony murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence. Flynn has pleaded not guilty, maintains his innocence, and is being held on $2 million bond as Ashley’s family says they believe the arrest was made carefully and with serious consideration. On August 15, 2024, in Milwaukee, 14-year-old Alijah Golden-Richmond was shot and killed after he and his friends allegedly tried to break into a car. Police arrested 22-year-old Zariah Johnson the next day, and after first blaming a male friend, she ultimately confessed to chasing the teens in her sister’s car and firing multiple shots out of frustration over repeated neighborhood break-ins.
