This is the story of the infamous killer of nine people met over Twitter, Takahiro Shiraishi. Additional info: It's also been alleged that Shogo Nishinaka, the male victim, went to confront Shiraishi about his missing girlfriend, the first victim, and that's why he was killed. However, it isn't known how that came to be known, listed as coming from "investigative sources". Other sources merely state that Nishinaka was merely an acquaintance of the frist victim. It has also been reported that Nishinaka was Shiraishi's first victim, which doesn't like up with either of the other two explanations.
