A media coalition has asked the judge presiding over Bryan Kohberger's case to vacate the non-dissemination order that has prevented the parties from granting interviews and releasing records. The judge presiding over Bryan Kohberger's case has ordered an investigation into the source or sources of a leak of evidence related to Bryan Kohberger's case to Dateline NBC. The leak came weeks ahead of jury selection which is scheduled to begin July 30. One of the surviving roommates in the murder of four University of Idaho students described seeing a masked man walking through the house wearing all black with "bushy eyebrows." Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson and his chief deputy, Ashley Jennings, led the prosecution of Bryan Kohberger, who has now admitted to murdering four University of Idaho students.
