A former fifth-grade teacher, Laura Caron, has pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment after being accused of having a baby with a former student she allegedly began abusing when he was just 11 years old. Authorities say Caron reportedly gained access to the victim by having him and his siblings live with her, and evidence includes statements from family members and alleged admissions from the victim that he is the father of Caron’s now five-year-old daughter.
