A South Carolina family has filed a lawsuit against Anderson School District and two other organizations, alleging negligence and failure to protect a student from years of grooming and sexual misconduct by a former teacher. The suit claims that Nicole Callaham exploited her position to sign the victim out of school and supervise his activities, starting when he was 14 and continuing for at least two years. Atlanta DJ Andre Pugh orchestrated his wife Tiffany Jackson's murder with childhood friend Adrian Harley in November 2014. Tiffany was shot in her Eastpointe, Georgia home while their two-year-old son slept beside her.
