On New Year's Day 2025 in Clearcreek Township, Ohio, dance instructor Olivia Clendenin learned that her estranged husband and her boyfriend were at the same party and that both men had discovered her double life. After unsuccessfully trying to persuade her husband to leave, she drove to the residence on Dearth Road and fired eight rounds from a .40 caliber handgun, striking innocent bystander Daniel Johnson, 29, in the abdomen as he sat on the porch.
