In the early morning hours of February 10, 2009, Ron Cummings returned to his home in Satsuma, Florida after work and learned that his five-year-old daughter, HaLeigh, was missing. The side door was propped open with a dirty cinder block he had never seen before, and the babysitter told him she had no idea what happened. A massive search for HaLeigh began, but there was no sign of her anywhere. More than 17 years later, her disappearance remains unsolved, and detectives are still searching for answers about what happened that night. At the time of her disappearance, HaLeigh was five years old. She was between 3' and 3' 3" tall and weighed about 39 lbs, with blonde hair and brown eyes. HaLeigh has several identifying features. She has a four-inch round birthmark on the lower left side of her back, along with two birthmarks on her face - one on her left cheek and another along her right jawline.
