Conclusion: Leo Boatman has basically been incarcerated since the age of 12. He was born in a mental institution, put up for adoption as an infant, and abused throughout his childhood from relatives and foster parents... There is no excuse for what he has done, but one has to feel for anyone that has a childhood like he did. In 2010, Boatman received an additional 7-year sentence for the attempted murder of an inmate in Dixie County FL and another 15 year sentence for a third degree murder in Charlotte County in 2013... The kid just wanted to kill... Leo's final victim, well, they say it's his 4th and final so far, but after watching THIS interrogation and a bit of assumption, I believe there were more. He murdered his cellmate William Chapman on July 5, 2019. His accomplice William Wells was given the death sentence, and a few months later, Leo Boatman received the same penalty. The 2 were 26 year old John Parker, and 26 Year old Amber Peck from Gainesville, FL. Both had gunshot wounds their bodies, and one to the head. The shootings happened on a Wednesday, and their bodies were not discovered until the following Saturday, when one of the victims parents went out to the forest to search for them... By the following Tuesday, detectives had a lead on who might have committed this heinous crime... Thanks to a good Samaritan that gave a ride to a seemingly injured, Leo Boatman. Conclusion On July 30th, 2007, Leo Boatman was given to 2 99 year sentences in state prison for 99 years, 11 months and 28 days... Now, this is not the last of it, there is MORE... A LOT more... In the early morning of June 27th, 2015 Curtis Wright took a rental car from his home in Missouri, picked up Jimmy Rodgers, and the two drove over 1000 miles to the Sievers home in Bonita Springs, FL. Detectives were able to track their GPS log for the entire trip. Upon arriving at the residence, the 2 men disabled the alarm system, drove to pick up more supplies, and return to wait for Teresa to get home. They then ambushed her in the kitchen, again striking her 17 times in the head with the hammer, packed up and drove back to Missouri. Curtis Wayne Wright took a plea deal and received a 25 year sentence in exchange for his testimony against Mark Sievers and Jimmy Rodgers. He pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder. A well known American Rapper, 20 year old XXXTentacion, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy... We will call him Triple X, was shot and killed outside of Reva Motorsports in Deerfield Beach FL. In what appeared to be an ambush, 2 masked gunman approached Triple X's BMW, and ultimately shot the rapper before fleeing in an SUV. These suspects were later identified as Robert Allen, Trayvon Newsome, Dedrick Williams, and Michael Boatwright. You can see Dedrick Williams and Robert Allen in Reva Motorsports at the same time as Triple X shortly before the incident occurred. Ultimately all of these suspects were arrested... CONCLUSION: In April of 2023 Dedrick Williams Trayvon Newsome and Michael Boatwright were all found guilty of First Degree Murder and armed robbery. Robert Allen took a plea deal, and testified against the other 3. Harsono was taken to the hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries. Neighbors said that, Brad Baker, 20 at the time, was seen leaving in Harsono's van with another person, later learning that person was 24 year old Bobby Chapman, . Arapahoe District Court Judge Ben Leutwyler noted the “tremendously aggravated nature of this crime” in imposing the maximum sentence permitted under the plea agreement, which was 48 years. During the course of the investigation, all signs pointed to 23 year old Tiffany Cole (who was a family friend to the Sumners) her boyfriend 23 year old Michael Jackson, 18 year old Alan Wade, and the subject of this video, 18 year old Bruce Nixon. Apparently, Tiffany and Michael came all the way from South Carolina specifically to perform a robbery on the Sumners. The supposed plan was to get their bank cards and PIN numbers, and take their money. Well, they pre dug a shallow grave for them just across the Georgia state line... This was premeditated. They bound the couple, duct taped their mouths and placed them in the trunk of their own car. They then drove them to the predetermined spot, and buried them alive... They did not survive. Back Story: That July 8th, 2005, Reggie and Carol Sumner were held at gunpoint in their home, where Bruce, Allen and Michael obtained their bank card information, eventually loaded into the trunk of their own vehicle, and driven just across the Georgia state line where these degenerates had a pre-dug hole. They were buried alive and left there to die. Authorities say they were embracing each other when they were found... Over the next several days, Michael Jackson used their debit card several times, and was able to withdraw close to $10,000. Michael, Tiffany and Allen all went back to South Carolina, where they were eventually apprehended from their motel rooms. Because the crime started in FL, it was FL authorities that had jurisdiction over the case. Conclusion: Michael Jackson (23 at the time of murders) was originally sentenced to death in August of 2007, but because it was not a unanimous decision by the jury, he was able to appeal. In May of 2023, a jury recommended the death sentence for Michael Jackson, and the law was changed for death sentences in FL from needing the unanimous decision, to a majority decision. The judge is scheduled to formally hand down the sentence in August of 2023. He was already sentenced to life for kidnapping in the commission of a felony, and 15 years for robbery with no gun/deadly weapon. Michael is still serving his time in Raiford, FL. Bruce Nixon ultimately led detectives to the bodies of Reggie and Carol Sumner in a shallow grave just across the Georgia Line. They were later found to have been buried alive... Bruce testified against his cohorts, and was the only one of the four that did not get the death penalty, He was convicted of 2nd degree murder, Robbery and Kidnapping, he was sentenced to 45 years in prison for his role in the crime. He is currently serving his time in Cross City FL, and his potential release date is March 20th, 2048, He will be 60 years old. Alan Wade (18 at the time of the murders) Much like the other 2 that received the death penalty, it appears that Alan was able to appeal and draw it out as well... He was convicted of the same crimes as Michael and Tiffany. Alan Wade was retried under the old laws in Florida, and needed a unanimous jury decision for the death penalty, and that did not happen. He was resentenced to life, and is obviously still currently incarcerated.
