Four people were arrested after allegedly orchestrating a shoplifting scheme from a Lululemon in Lake Forest, Illinois. Officers took Romero Velcu, 18, Crina Dunca, 32, Stefan Florinel, 26, and Rebecca Velcu, 26, into custody after the group was accused of working together to stash nearly $5,000 worth of stolen merchandise in one of the suspect’s skirts. Stephan Sterns is asking a judge to suppress evidence seized from his cell phone and his Google drive that detectives said showed him sexually abusing Maddie Soto over a number of years.
