On August 19th, 2002 in Manitou Springs Colorado, Amanda and 21 year old Michael Paul Baldwin would be together for most of the day, allegedly she was helping him find another young girl that had accused him of... SA. After Baldwin lead Amanda down a secluded trail, he would BRUTALLY take her life. While the official autopsy report deemed the cause of death, strangulation... What she endured was far, FAR worse. The autopsy would also show that Amanda was 3 1/2 months pregnant. Amanda Hanson was just about to start her Freshmen year in High School... She was 15 years old. YouTube. Michael Baldwin was tracked down in New Mexico the following day and questioned by El Paso County Sheriff's Department. He tells quite a story to detectives... (Conclusion/SPOILERS) El Paso County Sheriff John Anderson called the killing of Amanda Hanson the "most vicious" he had seen in 30 years of law enforcement. The crime prompted him to approach lawmakers with "Amanda's Law," a bill that would allow suspects to be charged with two counts of murder if they kill a pregnant woman. A law that from what I can tell, was never passed. After Baldwin and his attorney's reviewed the evidence the prosecution had against him, he pleaded guilty to 1st degree murder to avoid the death penalty... A guilty plea for 1st degree murder comes with a life sentence with no chance for parole, and in February of 2003, that is exactly what he got. I quite literally cannot find any photos, news or inmate information on Michael Baldwin, so I am assuming that he is not longer with us... It was conducted by Arkansas State Police Special Agent Mike McNeill on November 7th, 2020. Do you ever wonder why detectives constantly lie during interrogations? Well, it is either to extract a confession from someone who is guilty, or someone who is isn't... Like it or not, it seems to be very effective in a lot of situations... Also, they are usually not the only ones lying. Let's take a look at this case. September 20th, 2004, Melbourne Arkansas. University of Arkansas student 22 year old Rebekah Gould was in town visiting her boyfriend she disappeared. After being reported missing by family, she was found several days later off of Highway 9 in just outside of town, not alive. She had apparently been beaten with a blunt object at a different location, transported there and discarded. Law enforcement was unable to solve this case, and it eventually became cold... But they never gave up on it! (Story) On November 7th 2020, over 16 years after the murder of Rebekah Gould, William Miller agreed to come in for questioning. Miller was not even at the top of the list of suspects in this case... Actually, he was 6th on the list. This is the full interrogation of William Miller along with a polygraph test that was conducted on the spot. This one is a marathon, I know, but worth the watch! SPOILERS BELOW Special Agent McNeill was not being truthful when he said that he had Rebekah's DNA in William Miller's old truck. There were a number of things that were not true during this interrogation, but in the end, it worked. This is why detectives lie to win, because in most cases, they are also being lied to. (Conclusion) William Miller did not even know Rebekah Gould, he first saw her when he and his mother stopped by the house she was visiting to speak with another family member... He came back the next morning, alone... Rebekah was there, and also alone. He asked to use the phone, she obliged. After he went in and pretended to use the phone, Rebekah went back into the bedroom. As he was pacing back and forth, the leg of the piano fell off... He took it as a sign, picked it up and went into the bedroom and proceeded to beat Rebekah with it. I would tell you more about Billy's life, but none of that really matters. October 18th 2022, Miller waived his right to trial and was taken into custody. In November of 2022 he took a plea deal and was sentences to 40 years with a chance for parole after 35. He is currently serving his time at the East Arkansas Regional Unit The judge in the case said "if he even caught a whiff of parole, he would "write an extensive letter opposing it." This is the interrogation of Leo Boatman Leo Boatman's FIRST Interrogation: https://youtu.be/z8OCrzGHXgw Leo Boatman's SECOND Interrogation: https://youtu.be/JbSQ_sbVeyA During Leo's first interrogation regarding the campers he killed, he brought up a homicide out of Clearwater FL, and detectives from Pinellas County came and talked with him about it. This is the 3rd interrogation of Leo Boatman, where we get a glimpse into the mind of a killer and the possibilities of why he is the way that he is. Conclusion: Leo Boatman has basically been incarcerated since the age of 12. He was born in a mental institution, put up for adoption as an infant, and abused throughout his childhood from relatives and foster parents... There is no excuse for what he has done, but one has to feel for anyone that has a childhood like he did. In 2010, Boatman received an additional 7-year sentence for the attempted murder of an inmate in Dixie County FL and another 15 year sentence for a third degree murder in Charlotte County in 2013... The kid just wanted to kill... Leo's final victim, well, they say it's his 4th and final so far, but after watching THIS interrogation and a bit of assumption, I believe there were more. He murdered his cellmate William Chapman on July 5, 2019. His accomplice William Wells was given the death sentence, and a few months later, Leo Boatman received the same penalty. I am currently working on getting some of the interviews from these cases. Leo Boatman is currently on Death Row, and serving out his time at Union Correctional Institution in Raiford FL. He was arrested, and when Daniels DNA matched in the Jodi Parrack case, he was offered a deal by the prosecution to grant him immunity for ALL other offenses that he may have committed, if he came in and told them the truth about what happened to Jodi Parrack, the immunity included the attempted abduction he was originally arrested for. In November of 2015 Daniel Furlong was sentenced to 30-60 years, after pleading guilty to 2nd degree murder. He will be eligible for parole when he is 95 years old. The charges dropped for his plea deal were; felony murder, unlawful imprisonment, and second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Investigators believe there were more victims tied to Daniel Furlong, but as of now are not able to prove it. Daniel had no criminal record until his arrest in 2015... A well known American Rapper, 20 year old XXXTentacion, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy... We will call him Triple X, was shot and killed outside of Reva Motorsports in Deerfield Beach FL. In what appeared to be an ambush, 2 masked gunman approached Triple X's BMW, and ultimately shot the rapper before fleeing in an SUV. These suspects were later identified as Robert Allen, Trayvon Newsome, Dedrick Williams, and Michael Boatwright. You can see Dedrick Williams and Robert Allen in Reva Motorsports at the same time as Triple X shortly before the incident occurred. Ultimately all of these suspects were arrested... This is the interrogation of Robert Allen. The interrogation of Dedrick Williams and Michael Boatwright are already posted, so make sure you watch that! CONCLUSION: In April of 2023 Dedrick Williams Trayvon Newsome and Michael Boatwright were all found guilty of First Degree Murder and armed robbery. Dedrick Williams and Trayvon Newsome both received a life sentence for their roles in the murder, while Michael Boatwright, the triggerman, got 2 life sentences. After cutting a family trip to CT short, specifically to see patients the following morning, 46 year old Dr. Teresa Sievers did not show up to the office on June 29th. She ALWAYS showed up to the office... When a friend of her husband's went to check on her, he found Teresa lying on the kitchen floor in a pool of blood. There was a hammer lying next to her, and she was cold to the touch... She had been struck 17 times in the head with that hammer... After a failed first marriage, Teresa would marry Mark Sievers in 2003, they would go on to have 2 daughters. Teresa was the breadwinner of the family, with a very successful holistic practice, and Mark was actually her office manager... He was also delegated mostly to a "stay at home dad" status. During the attack, over $40k and Marks extensive gun collection were not touched... So what was the motive? Well Teresa Sievers did have multiple life insurance polices totaling over $4m dollars... Could this have been the reason for her murder? Nearly 2 months went by without an arrest, but after receiving some tips on the case, detectives Arrested Mark Sievers childhood friend Curtis Wayne Wright, and Jimmy Rodgers in Missouri... This is Curtis Wayne Wright's first proffer, A proffer is when a subject attempts to help in the investigation by bringing more details to light, and MUST tell the whole truth. There are no promises in place for a reduced sentence, but that is the goal. You will see some parts clearly cut out, those were obviously segments that the State Attorney did not want to be made public, just a heads up. In the early morning of June 27th, 2015 Curtis Wright took a rental car from his home in Missouri, picked up Jimmy Rodgers, and the two drove over 1000 miles to the Sievers home in Bonita Springs, FL. Detectives were able to track their GPS log for the entire trip. Upon arriving at the residence, the 2 men disabled the alarm system, drove to pick up more supplies, and return to wait for Teresa to get home. They then ambushed her in the kitchen, again striking her 17 times in the head with the hammer, packed up and drove back to Missouri. Curtis Wayne Wright took a plea deal and received a 25 year sentence in exchange for his testimony against Mark Sievers and Jimmy Rodgers. He pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder. Jimmy Rodgers, who was initially facing 1st degree murder charges and a possible death penalty, was ultimately found guilty of 2nd degree murder and in December of 2019 was sentenced to life in prison. SPOILERS BELOW! Mark Sievers was found guilty of 1st degree murder in December of 2019, and the jury unanimously recommended the death penalty. In January of 2020, he was sentenced to death, and remains on Death Row at Union Correctional Institution. In November of 2022, Sievers appeal was denied and his conviction was affirmed by the FL Supreme court, just a few weeks later Sievers filed another appeal... That is how that game goes. Her remains were found in the debris, her hands bound with electrical tape... At the time the fire took place, Melissa was babysitting a child... A 5 year old little girl who I will not name... The little girls remains were NOT found in the fire! There were clear signs of arson, and the person who committed this crime not only murdered Melissa, but also likely kidnapped the little girl she was babysitting. Time is of the essence, and as detectives investigated, they learned that Melissa was having a secret relationship with 32 year old Jacob Kinn, Police were very familiar with Kinn, he is a registered SO and had prior convictions concerning children... Detectives located Jacob, and he willingly came in for questioning... There is NO moment of silence for the victim in this case, stay to the end for the conclusion and to see why. This is the interrogation of Jacob Kinn. Conclusion: After learning that family of Jacob Kinn owned property in Big Fork, MN... Just a few miles from where his cell phone was pinged, detectives were able to narrow down their search for the missing 5 year old girl. They were able to match Kinn's tire tracks to tracks found going into the family property in Big Fork. Leading off of the dirt road into a field went the tire tracks... About a half mile through the field, detectives located a camper... And the tracks led right to it. The little girl was found, alive, inside. Jacob Kinn would be convicted of kidnapping, rape and murder and sentenced to 52 years. Now before you get too upset about Jacob murdering Melissa Norby, it was found through further investigation that Norby actually helped Jacob Kinn plot and execute the abduction of this 5 year old girl... Surely her death was not part of her plan, but Jacob Kinn had his own plan, this is why there was no moment of silence in this video.
